This Elegant Saketini – Recipe
For an elegant surprise, try this elegant, martini-style cocktail. It is delicate, fragrant and easy to sip, and complements small pieces of parmesan.
Sake Martini
Serves 1
30ml gin – opt for a crisp gin variety
15ml Lillet Blanc – an aromatic French aperitif wine
15ml sake – preferably a delicate, balanced sake
Pour the gin, Lillet Blanc, and sake into a shaker, include a generous scoop of ice and mix for half a minute until cold. Filter into a pre-chilled martini glass and present.
